About Us
Fraser Coast Psychology (FCP) is a well-established private psychology clinic delivering high quality psychological services to the Fraser Coast and Surrounds.
We provide evidence-based psychological treatment for individuals across the lifespan, including young children, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Appointments are available in-person or via phone/telehealth to ensure accessible and flexible care.
Our team of psychologists is committed to supporting clients in achieving mental and emotional well-being. FCP delivers a range of services, including (but not limited to) assessment, psychotherapy, skills training, and counselling, tailored to a wide variety of psychological concerns. We take an individualized approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
